The Island County Community Resource Center at Opportunity Council is dedicated to serving all individuals and families making Island County their home.

Island County Public Health

Public Health delivers essential services to improve health and well-being in Island County, including: new baby support, breastfeeding support, access to baby & child dentistry, and nutrition support.

Whidbey Health

From childbirth and throughout your entire life, WhidbeyHealth provides residents and visitors a safety net when emergencies happen and peace of mind knowing our team is standing by 24/7 to respond to your needs. Services include: emergency medical & urgent care services, family birthplace, nutrition therapy, behavioral health, primary care, and women’s care.
